Glass Bead Annealing Kilns

Bead Annealing Furnaces allow you to easily and safely place your beads with their practical doors which can be opened easily and it is closes with their own weight. All you have to do is gently lift the door up.

Bead annealing furnaces are compatible with household electricity. Maximum temperature capacities are 600ºC. Heating is provided from the ceiling of the oven. Resistance wires are placed in quartz tubes to ensure a homogeneous heat distribution by radiation in the furnace.

Depending on the selected temperature controller, the oven temperature values can be programmed. Thus, the pre-stressed beads formed by open flame are allowed to cool under control.

All bead annealing furnaces are bench type and are available in dot patterned stainless steel body for decorative appearance.
