Dewaxing kilns are designed depending on the desired number of the casting mold to be placed in the kiln. According to that, it can be manufactured in any size for customer needs.

Dewaxing is a method used in jewelery and in the production of small pieces by precision casting method. The wax is shaped and glued onto a plastic tray. A metal casting mold is placed on this formed surface. In the meantime, the prepared plaster is mixed and poured into the metal casting mold and it is provided to fill the mold. The plaster, which is left to harden, is then subjected to firing. As soon as it leaves the furnace, casting is performed by vacuum or centrifugation.
Burnout furnaces are very important pieces of equipment in any Casting House.

Different colors can be selected from the colors of our company's stocks. In this case, the change in the color does not affect the price of the kiln.
